Love

Emma never believed in love at first sight. She thought it only happened

in movies. But one cold afternoon at school, everything changed.

She was walking down the hallway when she accidentally dropped her books.

Papers fell everywhere. Before she could pick them up, someone knelt down to

help her.

"Here,"

the boy said with a gentle smile. Emma looked up.

His name was Alex. For a moment, they just looked at each other.

Emma felt her heart beat faster, and she didn’t even know why.

"Thank you,"

she said quietly. After that day, they started seeing each other more

often—between classes, in the school yard, even after school.

They talked about their favorite songs, their dreams, and the places they

wanted to travel someday. One evening, they were sitting together watching

the sunset. The sky was pink and orange, and everything felt peaceful.

Alex looked at Emma and said softly,

"You know… every day with you feels like the best day of my life."

Emma smiled and felt her cheeks turn warm. She realized something in that

moment. Maybe love at first sight wasn’t just in movies after all.
